Steps

Peel potato back, divide into 4 parts, rinse and set aside. Blend dry crayfish and set aside.

Peel carrot back, cut in circle shape, rinse and set aside. Rinse onions, tomato and ball pepper, cut in pieces and set aside.

You can add as many vegetables (cabbage, red eye pea, etc) as you are conformable with. The recipe is light and nourishing.

Pour potato, carrot, pepper into pot and cook. Once potato is half cooked, pour in tomato and allow to cook for 2 minutes. Reduce heat and add green peas, onions, crayfish, maggi to taste and salt.

Do not allow the water dry up.So keep adding water little by little as you cook until it is well cooked. At this point, you can add oil though it is optional. Garnish your dish with meat of your taste. For me, I love my potato veggies with peppered snail.
