Steps

In a bowl add 1 cup gram flour, 1tsp red chilli powder,1/2tsp turmeric powder, salt,1tsp hot oil. Add some water and knead a soft dough. Keep this aside

Heat 1tsp oil in a pan and add chopped coriander leaves

Cook till smoothen.Keep this mixture aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Now add green chilli

Add red chilli powder and coriander leaves and grated coconut,poppy seeds and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan for frying. Roll out a disc(roti) not very thin or thick.

Deep fry the sambhar wadi over medium flame until both sides are cooked.

Sambhar wadi is ready
