Steps

Cut the cauliflower florets. Add water in a pan add salt and cauliflower florets and boil for 2 mins. After 2 mins drained the water completely.

Make a smooth paste of yogart,tomato, almond,melon seeds and green chilli.

Heat a pan add 2 tbl spoon oil and shallow fry the cauliflower florets.

Add 2 tbsp oil and add whole garam masala. After 30 sec add onion paste and ginger garlic paste cook for 2 mins.

Add the smooth paste of yogart,tomato,melon seeds, almond and chilli cook for 5 mins.

Now add all masala powder and saute. After 2 mins add cauliflower and green peas mix well.

After another 2 mins add 2 cups of water. Mix well and cover.

After 10 mins the dahi gobi roast is ready to serve.
