Mash potato,add sausage in the patato,add spring onions,let it cool for about 5 to 10mins,then add black pepper,chilli,and salt.mix well,mold..coat in breadcrumbs, egg and breadcrumbs,put in the fridge for 10 to 15mins..then deep fry till golden brown..

Serve with deepins like mayonnaise,hot chilli sauce and ketchup mix together..
