Ingredients

1 bowlspring onion chopped
1/2brinjal chopped
1potato chopped
1 cuppumpkin chopped
1onion chopped
1 tspnigella seeds
2green chillies
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

1

Heat oil and fry the chopped spring onions.

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft.

Once it is soft remove it and add oil.

Temper nigella seeds and green chillies.

Add chopped Onion slices and saute well.

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover.

As it is soft add the fried spring onions

Add sugar and mix well and serve.
