1 cupcurd
1 tspbutter
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspginger garlic paste
1/2 tspmustard seed
1/2tomato chopped
1 tspchilli powder or chopped chilli
1 pinchsugar
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

In pan on medium flame give tadka with seeds in butter

Now add ginger garlic paste toamto

Now add remaining spices and chopped bottle guard, cover with lid cook it for 5 mins.

Add curd, sugar and salt cover it and cook again till soft

Garnish with coriander and ready to serve
