Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlrice flour
  2. 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  3. 1 ltrfull cream milk
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 1 cupjaggery
  6. 1 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water and add the salt

  2. 2

    Now add both the flour mix well

  3. 3

    Switch off and knead a soft dough

  4. 4

    Now divide it into small portion

  5. 5

    Take each portion and make thin thread like things called chusi

  6. 6

    Boil the milk well adding sugar

  7. 7

    Add jaggery and the chusi

  8. 8

    Boil well till it is soft
