Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbspgram flour
  • 1-2 glassbuttermilk
  • 1medium onion
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • as neededSalt
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 1/2 tbspCoriander powder
  • 100 gmpeas
  • 1 tbspdry fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all take a jug add buttermilk, gram flour and beat with beater

  2. 2

    Take a pan add oil cumin seeds,onion, peas mix well and fry it for 1 mint now add all masalas

  3. 3

    Mix it, now add buttermilk mixture.

  4. 4

    Continuously stir for 1-2 hours.

  5. 5

    After this colour change and taste one spoon.

  6. 6

    Check salt or gram flour baked or not.

  7. 7

    After this your kadi is ready. Decorate with dry fenugreek leaves and red chilli powder.
