Dry roast carom seeds, fennel seeds, seasame seeds,crushed almond on low flame,

Put a saucepan on medium flame, heat the ghee in it, when it is hot enough add jaggery, and let it melt completely,

Lower the flame add dry roasted spiced, along with dry ginger powder and black pepper. Mix well, and turn off the flame.

Grease the silicon mould with little ghee. Pour 2 tbs jaggery mixture in it,

Let it cool, have 1 or half after meal in winter season.
