Take a kadhai..add ghee and cardamon powder in it..now add grated carrot and stir it for 10 mins

Now add milk and stir it until he milk partially dries.. now add sugar..this step will melt the sugar resulting water..now again fry that water..

Now add mawa..poppy seeds and dry fruits..your halwa is ready.
