Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled rajma
  • 1potato cut into cubes
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tsprajma masala powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the onions

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and saute well

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add cumin coriander powder,red chilli Powder and tomato

  6. 6

    Saute well and add the rajma

  7. 7

    Mix rajma masala powder and sugar

  8. 8

    Mix all and serve
