In a bowl to make your mature for the chicken fillet you will need soya sauce, sweet chilli, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice salt and pepper to taste stir well and add your fillets

Once all the fillets are added then mix and cover the bowl for about an hour while preparing for another dishes

Take your nonstick pan the drizzle your oil and let it warm and once it's one them start to fry the fillet

The other side dishes are seasonal vegetables, the green salad and the chicken fillets
