Preheat oven to 150 the. Place rotis on oven rack, bake till hard

Remove from oven.

Layer with shredded chicken. Roasted potatoes, butternut and carrots and then place cheese on top. Pop onto the microwave for atleast 30secs. Sprinkle some thyme
