Soak urad daal for 1/2 an hour at room temperature and keep inside the refrigerator for 1/2 an hour.This is to increase the fluffyness during grinding.

Add as little water possible to grind in the mixer jar to fluffy batter.

Add the required salt and pepper corns
- 4
Fry in a medium hot oil remove once it is cooked.
- 5
Hot bondas goes very well with coconut chutney.
