Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsRice flour
  2. 1 cupBesan
  3. 1 cupRoasted moong flour
  4. 1 tbspJeera
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 tbspButter
  7. Water for kneading
  8. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix well all the dry ingredients one by one.

  2. 2

    Add enough water to knead a soft dough

  3. 3

    Put in a murukku press and squeeze out mullu thenkuzhal directly on medium hot oil

  4. 4

    Store in a air tight jar and enjoy as evening snack
