Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 250 gmsFresh chopped tomatoes
  2. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  3. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 & 1/2 cupSugar
  6. Fenugreek seeds
  7. 1 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop tomato

    Heat oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    . Put the fenugreek seeds to crackle.

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomatoes in the pan.

  5. 5

    . Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and saute.

  6. 6

    Let the tomato cook for 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add sugar and simmer.

  8. 8

    Cook well till it gets thick.

  9. 9

    . Serve chilled.
