Ingredients

2 tablespoonwheat flour
2 tablespoonmaida
3 teaspooncondensed milk
1 teaspoonsugar
Pinchbaking soda
1/8 teaspoonbaking powder
1/4 cup +3 tablespoon water
Oil 2 tbsp + for greasing
4 tablespoonCarrot grated
1 pinchSalt

Steps

First mix all dry ingredients well then add condensed milk vanilla essence and oil.

Then add the water and mix well.

Now add 3 tablespoon of grated carrot keep the rest for garnish. Mix well.

Now grease the muffin mould and pour 3/4 of the batter to the mould top it off with grated carrot and put it in high power for 1.5 mins.

Unmould it and garnish with condensed milk and grated carrot.
