Ingredients

3 servings
  • 200 gboneless chicken finely cut
  • 2onions finely chopped
  • 1 tbspgarlic ginger paste
  • 2 tbspplain yogurt
  • 1/8 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 (1/6 tsp)chilli powder(optional)
  • 1/2 tspcurry powder
  • 1/4 tspdhana jeera
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder
  • 1 pinchwhite pepper powder
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl put the chicken and all the spices and plain yogurt.marinate for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    In a pot add oil and bring it to a boil.add the marinated chicken.stir and cook on medium heat until cooked
