For dhokali :: take big plate add chopped green methi, besan, wheat flour, baking soda, sugar, salt

Make a dough.

Make a round ball from the dough. & fry it.

Take a pan pour some oil add tomato pulp boil it.

Add 1/2 of water & add turmeric powder, lal mircha powder, salt, boil green peas.

Add dhokali at last.

Add garam masala as required.

Serve it with paratha, roti.
