Corn and Mushroom Fritters

My aunt gave me some corns and I had some leftover oyster mushrooms, so I made these. Easy and versatile. If you want them to be less oily, pan fry them instead of deep frying them.

My aunt gave me some corns and I had some leftover oyster mushrooms, so I made these. Easy and versatile. If you want them to be less oily, pan fry them instead of deep frying them.

Steps

Put everything but the water and seasonings in a bowl.

Then add in the water, mix until you get a thick consistency. Add in the seasonings. Taste test.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Take 2 tbsp of the mixture then put in the oil.

Fry on both sides until golden brown and cooked thorugh.

Do until everything is finished.

Serve.
