Steps

First make a Masala- Take a mixer grinder zar add in chopped tomatoes, green chilli, and ginger grind for a minute and fine paste.

Step 2-- take a kadai on a medium heat and add a oil and next add in chopped onion and fry for a minute,

Now add ginger garlic paste, tomato Masala paste and mix it and saute for a minute,

Now add red chilli powder, tarmaric powder, coriander powder mix well, and saute for a minute.

Now add washed and chopped pecieces baigan and add salt as required, add a coriander leave and add a water and mix it.

And cook for a 10 to 15 minutes and ready to serve.
