1 cupwheat flour
1/2 cupchickpea flour (besan)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Ghee
to tasteSalt
Water as per requirements
1 tsp Ajwain
1/2 tspCumin seeds

Steps

Take a vessel add all the ingredients and make soft dough.

Now roll out in thick chapathi and make missi roti like chapathi then put some ghee or butter on it and serve hot.
