Take one brinjal apply some oil and roast it.

In khadai take oil add chopped onion sauté it then add chopped tomato sauté it.Then add chilli ginger garlic paste and salt.

Sauté the mixture till oil gets released. Now add seasoning: red chilli powder, khatyawadi garam masala, dhaniya jeera powder and pinch turmeric powder. Mix it well.

Now remove skin of roasted brinjal then add this to the onion tomato mixture and mix it well. Then add spring onion.Mix the bharta.

For bajri rotla: Take bajra and jowar flour add pinch of salt and water as required and prepare medium soft dough. Take plastic sheet keep small amount of dough and give it a shape of roti with hand.

Make rotla.

Serve the baigan bharta and bajri rotla with chach and gud ghee.
