Ingredients

  • 2cupFlex seeds
  • 2 cups or 400 gmDeshi ghee for frying & binding,approx
  • 1cupMakhana
  • as neededCashew nuts,almonds,coconut grated, pistachio,raisins__100gm eac
  • 25 gmPoppy seeds
  • 1&1/2 cupCaster sugar
  • 1 tbspnTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First dry toast flex seeds and poppy seeds separately.

  2. 2

    Take 2 tbsp ghee in pan or wok fry lotus seeds or makhana till it becomes crispy.

  3. 3

    Now take 2 tbsp ghee in pan and roast all the dry fruits

  4. 4

    When all the fryied and roasted ingredients becomes at room temperature.crushed or grind all the items except flex seeds.

  5. 5

    Put 1 tbsp ghee in pan heat it and add turmeric switch off the gas.Now add all the ingredients mix well and shape it like tennis balls

  6. 6

    Save it in airtight jar for approx 3-4weeks. It is not only beneficial for winter but it also for hormonal problem.
