Make a fine paste of mooth dal

In a heavy base kadhai.Add 3 cup water.And sugar allow it to boil.Add crushed cardamom

Now add Dal paste and stir constantly.Till it became thick like a dough

Allow it to complete cool down.In the meantime mix some sugar with grated coconut

Apply little oil on Yr palm.Take a small portion of dough.And make it katori shape.Stuffed with grated coconut.Close the ball.Deep fry them till golden brown
