Ingredients

1portion
  • 1 tbsprice flour
  • 1 tbspbesan(gram flour)
  • 1 tspginger and garlic paste
  • to tastesalt
  • pinchsugar
  • 1/2 tsphaldi/ turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dhani powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli and pepper powder
  • 100 gmchicken
  • 1 tsponion paste
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tspoil
  • as neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate everything except oil for frying. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Put some oil in a kadhai. shallow fry these pieces,serve hot.
