Ingredients: 1 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast; Marinade:; Juice of 1 lemon; 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses (60 ml); 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon ground ginger; 1 teaspoon black pepper; 2 tablespoons tahini; 2 tablespoons plain yogurt; 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning; 1 teaspoon ketchup; 1 small onion, grated; 1 clove garlic, minced

Steps

Slice the chicken breast into very thin strips.

Mix the chicken with all the marinade ingredients and let it marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

Heat a little oil in a pot, add the marinated chicken, and sauté over low heat. Add a little boiling water and cook until the liquid evaporates.

Serve with French fries and pickles.
