This saag is not only tasty but also very useful for health and beauty

Firstly pluck the flower and remove all thin sticks and wash properly and boil it for 10 minutes and drain the water and squeeze it and keep aside

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed,chopped green chilli, ginger, garlic and stir it well

Now add chopped onion, potato and saute it

Now add red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and stir well

Now add sahjan ke phool and salt and stir it again and add salt and mix it well

Now add garam masala and pepper powder and cover with lid and cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes till phul and potato are done

Sahjan ke phool ki saag is ready

You can add little amount of water in it if you want semi liquid saag
