  1. 1 cupchopped ripe pumpkin
  2. 1 cuprice flour
  3. 1 cupjaggery
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 1 pinchbaking soda
  6. SomeOil for deep fry

  1. 1

    Cook pumpkin in little water.Till it soften.

  2. 2

    Mash the pumpkin well.

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl add mashed pumpkin, rice flour, salt, baking soda and mix well

  4. 4

    Heat a kadhai pour oil,make small sized vada and deep fry till golden.

  5. 5

    In a other pan take little water.Add jaggery and Stir constantly till it became thick.(As we make in til ladoo)

  6. 6

    Add the fried vada and mix well.

  7. 7

    Authentic delicious pumpkin rice flour vada is ready to Serve.
