Ingredients

1 1/2 cupself raising flour
2 tablespoonssugar
Pinchsalt
1 1/4 cupmilk
1egg
Dropvanilla extract
1 tablespoonmelted butter

Steps

Sieve the flour into a bowl and add salt, sugar, milk, egg, vanilla extract and butter

Whisk all the ingredients together

Place the mix on a pan and flip the pancake on both sides till it's golden brown and serve with your favourite toppings !
