Crush oreo and one packet bournville biscuits separately then keep in different bowls. Beat whip cream till peaks are formed add fresh cream and beat more Then fold in condensed milk and gelatine, mix well then keep it in deep freezer. Lay marie biscuits in a medium sized casserole, (or in separate dessert bowls as in picture above) make two layers of this (meaning cover the base of casserole or mould with marie biscuits in 2 layers). Sprinkle expresso coffee on marie biscuits.

Remove cream mixture from freezer hence pour half of it on casserole and level it, (if using dessert bowls scoop 1-2 tbsp and pour on each bowl level it. Now lay bournville or choc biscuits on cream layer. Sprinkle expresso coffee on bournville biscuits.
Pour the rest of mixture and level it. Put cling film on casserole and keep in fridge for 3 or more hours.
When displaying decorate with oreo and bournville crumbs then place mint strigs.
