Steps
- 1
Sift powdered sugar, milk powder, cocoa powder. It's necessary to sift dry ingredients as it makes chocolate lump free and smooth quickly.
- 2
Discard bit particles. Mix dry ingredients with spoon so that everything gets well combined.
- 3
In a pan, heat 1 cup of water and once it starts to boil, place a glass bowl on top of it.
- 4
Keep the gas flame to medium and then add coconut oil to it. Let it melt completely.
- 5
Now add sifted dry ingredients to it. With spoon or spatula mix everything until you get smooth texture.
- 6
This process will be faster as the dry ingredients are sifted already and that are lump free.
- 7
Switch off the flame and pour chocolate into mould. You can use spoon too to pour the chocolate into mould.
- 8
Keep a tray beneath chocolate mould. Otherwise chocolate may spill while transferring to fridge. Wipe out extra chocolate with tissue paper.
- 9
Tap it gently and then keep it in fridge to set for sometime.
- 10
Take it out from the fridge and remove it on a plate.
- 11
Now the Chocolate is ready to serve.
