Ingredients

400 gmboneless chicken
1 cuponion ginger garlic and onion paste
1 tspred chilli Powder
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil
1handfull whole garam masalas
1/2curd
1 tbsptomato sauce

Steps

Marinate the chicken pieces with all the masalas except sauce and whole garam masalas

Now after 1 hour heat oil and temper whole garam masalas
3

Add the chicken pieces and saute along with the marination
4

Cover and cook until the chicken is cooked
5

Add tomato sauce and sugar
6

Serve with steaming hot rice
