Ingredients

  • 4potatoes peeled and cut in long slice
  • salt as per taste
  • as neededwater
  • oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly boil water in a boiler now add potato in it boil for 30 seconds now transfer it in a dish and dry it for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Now take a pan add oil add heat it now fry potatoes till becomes crispy

  3. 3

    Now spread little salt on it and serve it with tomato sauce
