Vegetable Manchurian
Steps

Add all vegetable ingredients in a bowl. Mix well to squeeze water from veggies. Now add corn flour, maida flour, salt, chilli powder Mix well. Add water as required.

Now Refridgerate for around 30 mins - 1hour. Make Balls and now deep fry in hot oil untill light brown.

Now in a pan. Add oil onions, chopped garlic, saute well. Add salt, sauces and mix well and very little water (for wet gravy, you can also add corn flour mix in water, stir well without lumps and add it in).

Now add the balls into the gravy. Garnish with spring onion greens. Now manchuria is ready to serve.
