A delicious appetizer—you can actually fill them with any leftover stew from the day before.
Steps
- 1
I used ranch-style shrimp as my filling.
- 2
Heat oil in a pan.
- 3
Mix 2 tablespoons of flour with a little water to make a paste—this will be our glue.
- 4
Cut the tortillas in half.
- 5
Add the filling, then use a spoon to spread the flour paste along the edge.
- 6
Fold and press to seal.
- 7
Fry the quesadillas, holding them as they cook. Flip to fry both sides.
- 8
Enjoy!
