Ingredients

  • 2 bowl vegetables cut in small slices (cauliflower, carrots, peas and potatoes 🥔)
  • 4 teaspoonpav bhaji masala
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoondegi mirch powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2garam masala
  • as neededAmul butter
  • 4onion medium size
  • 4tomato medium size
  • 2green chilli
  • 3 spoonrefined
  • 1/2 teaspoonhaldi powder
  • as neededPaneer and green coriander for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Bowl the vegetables in pressure cooker

  2. 2

    Grind the onion and green chilli together and tomato seperately

  3. 3

    Hot the refined in pan.

  4. 4

    Add onion paste in it.

  5. 5

    After onion changes it's colour dn add tomato paste it this.

  6. 6

    Add all ingredients pav bhaji masala, salt, red chilli powder, degi mirch powder, garam masala, haldi

  7. 7

    After water get dry add all the boiled vegetables with boiled water

  8. 8

    Now cook on low flame for 20 minutes

  9. 9

    Garnish. With paneer and green coriander and add butter

  10. 10

    Serve with hot pav
