6Raw/green bananas
Water to boil

Wash the bananas but do not peel.

Put them in a pan/sufuria with water and then cover with banana leaves or brown paper/old newspapers.

Boil the bananas for about 15 minutes or until cooked.

Enjoy with your favourite beverage, peanut sauce, veges, etc.
