Steps

In a clean bowl, add flour, add a pinch of salt or sugar(as desired) and mix.

Add water bit by bit to form a dough.The dough shouldn't be watery

Knead and beat the dough for 5 minutes and then cut into small round balls

Use a rolling pin to flatten each dough as shown in the picture

Heat oil in a pan and fry.

If you like you can egg wash and then fry
