Ingredients

1/2 litreOil
Vinegar
Salt
1Onions
1Garlic
1medium ginger
1 packetbeadcrumbs
5eggs
1 bunchdhania

Steps

Boil the chicken with salt for 30 minutes

Drain all the water, marinate with mashed garlic, onion,ginger and vinegar for 2 hours
3

Dip the chicken pieces in beaten raw eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs.
4

Fry until golden brown,garnish with dhania and serve hot with ugali and greens.
