Steps

Take amlas and 1 cup water in any vessel and place it on flame, let it simmer till tgey get soft and tender.

With 10-15 amlas well get tender,then turn off the flame and strain thw amlas in a bowl.remove the seeds from amla and ground them in a mixture jar ti make fine paste.

Take this amla paste in a pan the turn on the flame,now add jaggery add salt,black salt,red chilli,garam Masala stir mix well let the mixture cook on low flame,keep stirring at regular.

Chutney ready serve with parantha as jam.
