Ingredients

  1. 500 gramspaneer
  2. 1 cuponion puree
  3. 2 cupstomato puree
  4. 2 tspginger,garlic paste
  5. as neededOil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. to tasteRed chilli
  8. 1 tspshahi paneer masala
  9. 4 tspfresh cream
  10. 4 elachi
  11. 4 tspbutter
  12. Somecoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok heat oil add onion puree,ginger,garlic paste cook it till them little brown.

  2. 2

    Now add tomato puree after 5 mins add all spices and fresh cream mix it.

  3. 3

    Cook again for 9-10 mins.

  4. 4

    Now add paneer cubes and butter cook again 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves and butter.
