Take the shrimp in kadai and in low flame sauté until it’s raw smell goes

In a kadai add 1 tablespoon oil and sauté garlic, onion and dry chilli until it turns it's colour

And then in a blender add the sautéd shrimp, onion, garlic and chilli and pour tamarind water as per your tanginess

And add salt as required and blend it well

Yummy yetti chutney is ready
