Ingredients

15 minutes
6 servings
  1. 50 gmdry and cleaned baby shrimp
  2. 1/2 cupCoconut scrapping
  3. 6Dry Red chilli
  4. 1/2Big onion sliced
  5. 4-5Garlic
  6. Tamarind water as per your need
  7. 1 tablespoonOil
  8. Salt as per your need

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take the shrimp in kadai and in low flame sauté until it’s raw smell goes

  2. 2

    In a kadai add 1 tablespoon oil and sauté garlic, onion and dry chilli until it turns it's colour

  3. 3

    And then in a blender add the sautéd shrimp, onion, garlic and chilli and pour tamarind water as per your tanginess

  4. 4

    And add salt as required and blend it well

  5. 5

    Yummy yetti chutney is ready
