2 cupbesan
Oil for fry and 2 tbsp more
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli
1 tsp each cumin,fenugreek,mustard
3 cupsbuttermilk
1 tspturmeric

Mix 1 cup besan,salt and red chilli and make batter and drop small portion in hot oil and make pakoda

Mix buttermilk and besan and spices in it and let it boil

Now prepare tadka for kadhi in a pan heat oil add 1 tsp each spices and pour in buttermilk mix,add pakode and boil and serve.
