Best summer drink. Had it at a friends house but he made his with ginger ale. And I think called it a Castro. This however is how they made it in Penticton with signature vodka. I like it with white rum much better. Double the recipe as this is just for one person.

I gave instructs for the alcohol version first followed by non. I add more club sofa (not following the recipe) then I do ginger ales because I don’t like a lot of sugar sometimes and it is still great. I talk about both because while I always have carbonated water I do not always have ginger ale and it is super easy to grab mint from my tiny herb garden.
