Your rice should be dry

Send to grinder for a coarse consistency

Wash and soak with half cup of water
- 4
Wash pepper scotch bonnet garlic and and onion
- 5
Also grind to coarse consistency

Pluck moringa
- 7
Wash and soak in hot water for 30 mimutes

Add blended veggies to rice

Add all seasoning and spices including the moringa

Turn collander inside out and place inside pot with 5 cups of water or use steamer

Place in pot and cover with sack or nylon cook for 30 minutes

Cardamon fennel seasoning cubes salt to taste

When your dambu is ready sprinkle cooking oil and add dry pepper to enjoy

Fried meat is always my best choice garnish with cabbage and carrots.
