Take a bowl add maida,baking soda,&dalda crumble well,than add water makes a dough.roll the dough,cut it pieces,fry the gaja on low flem.

Makes sugar syrup dip the gaja on syrup.Gaja is ready.Gaja is use as prasad of Lord Jagarnath.
