  • Chopped Okra/Bhindi (2 cups)
  • Diced Potato (1 cup)
  • Oil (1/2 cup) (for frying)
  • Salt (pinch)
  • Red chilli powder or Paprika powder (1/2 tsp)

  1. 1

    First of all chop the Okra/Bhindi and Potato. Then heat oil in wok and add Okra and stir fry a bit then add potato and cook well on medium to high flame until golden brown. Take it out on a plate and sprinkle with salt and paprika powder or red chilli powder. Enjoy.
