Ingredients: 1 cup lentils (about 200 grams); 2 tomatoes; 1 chopped onion; 2 tablespoons clarified butter (about 30 grams); 1 chopped carrot; 3.5 ounces rice (about 100 grams), optional; Hot pepper; 4 cloves garlic, minced

Ingredients

1 cuplentils (about 200 grams)
2tomatoes
1chopped onion
2 tablespoonsclarified butter (about 30 grams)
1chopped carrot
3.5 ouncesrice (about 100 grams), optional
Hot pepper
4 clovesgarlic, minced

Steps

Sauté the chopped onion in the clarified butter, then add the tomatoes and hot pepper.

Rinse the rice and lentils, then add them to the onion mixture.

Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth.
