Ingredients

  1. 4-5lemons (cleaned)
  2. kosher salt
  3. jarsterilized

  1. 1

    Cut lemons in quarters then, add 3 tbs salt, 4 lemon halves then, repeat till full add lid shake up then, put in fridge for 30 days.
